Sensor cleaning for my K-x

Hello all, Can someone please point me in a good direction for sensor cleaning on my Pentax K-x. Do the Pentax CCD Image Sensor Cleaning Kit's do the business or am I better off paying loads of cash for the professionals to do it? I'm usually pretty good with handling delicate tasks, so I'm not too worried about that, I just don't weant to waste my time on something that might not work that well. Many thanks, Kev
