SD Cards

I would suggest you match the type of card you use to the type of photography you do, at least up to a point.
I shoot landscapes, architecture, studio portraits, and I have found the standard Jessops SD cards to be perfectly satisfactory. But then I'm not in a hurry.
If you were shooting motor sports or other action subjects you might well need to investigate faster cards, and others here will advise you better than I can!

From what I could gather on the Net, anything faster than the Sandisk Ultra II SD cards is overkill. These Sandisks perform at a sustained 9MB/s write speed. Over this mark (probably earlier) the *ist DS (or rather, it's interface chip) is the bottleneck.
I have a cheap 128MB one, and will buy one of these Sandisk cards. As John Riley said, I also feel no need for a faster card if I'm not in a hurry.

What in other DS users opinions are the best sd cards to use in terms of write speed etc, or they all much of a muchness.
