The bad weather is not limited to UK. Down here in southern spain we had about 4 inches of rain overnight on Friday. Saturday morning I had to bail out my cellar . . . 2 ft deep in water and mud and clay. Not a pretty sight but luckily nothing damaged.

Anybody know when we will get some sun :

Morning Peter

Dont keep tallking about Spain im getting envious already having spent 10 years there as you know. If only i was into photography back then im sure i would have had a great collection of Pics by now.

Ill have to wait untill my next visit. One of the nicest cities other than Barcelona i remember visiting was Burgos in the north The drive there was fantastic i remember driving along what seemed an endless straight road towards the horizon along the planes with rustic coloured mountains to my right. I remember seeing an large Eagle gliding around looking for prey. It was a moving moment as i felt i was the only person in the world its was so empty and peacful. I probably didnt appreciate it at the time being in my twenties. If only the K10D was around back then.

Peter i have seen the downpours in Spain they d bring a new meaning to the word shower

Ill be taking more pics today hopefully th sun will shine, however cloudy shots can create variuos moods.

Have a nice day all

Pete

Er, was down near Oxford on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and had sun, sun and sun. Lovely weather (bit cold, but this is January), clouded over saturday afternoon, but I don't see what everyone's moaning about.

Just looked out the window - Sun!

Much the same with me too, been cloudy cloudy cloudy - very frustrating when you have a new K10D body in your hands - perhaps I sd capture a few ANTS

Took this on Sat with the kit lens, quite pleased with results and I am beginning to enjoy the pleasures of PS CS2 now. Thank you for the comments on my swan I have improved the exposure/highlight/shadow on it now, all a learning curve eh?

: Need to buy a spare battery now, next priority feel quite undressed without a spare one in my bag, anyone got a recc for cheap source?
