Probably, but it is an alternative source (if they have them).

Dixons probably have them too, but I haven't looked, yet.

Seriously though, the price isn't bad for a 35mm f2 prime.

Dixons, Currys, and PcWorld are all the same store, just different brands.

It's not a 35mm f2 prime it's the 35mm f2 prime. It is a superb lens and a bargain at that price.

The one caveat is the reputation of DSG stores for... less than perfect customer service. I got a front focusing one of these from Park last year, phoned them up and it was no problem getting it returned and refunded. Try explaining to the staff typically employed by PC World what front focusing is!

There is evidence in the listing as to their capabilities.

This would be the Samsung 35mm D-Xenogon lens (clearly visible on the supplied image), yet the text describes it as a D-Xenogen

I was thinking of getting it for the times I don't want to lug my 31/1.8 or when my wife is using that one.... but naaah,
31 is 31... that is THE lens

It's certainly a cute little lens... and made in Japan as well
...will see how it performs! Bokeh looks lovely though
