Lovely setting Darlene Good colours on the trees and rocks.
Unfortunately the uniform grey sky is a bit unappealing. I'm no expert but on days like that I try to avoid getting the sky in the photo at all!

Thanks for the tip....I guess that mean no sky picture for me....for most of the time it is grey sky for Newfoundland... But hey its beautiful country...The Rock.... as it is often called

Darlene, are you and JudithAnn perchance related, or perhaps friends? You both live close(ish) to the mouth of the St Lawrence, and you are both cheery souls just entering the prime of life.

No George I do not live close to the mouth of St. Lawrence......I live in Newfoundland which is surrounded completely with the Alintic ocean......And my friend dear Judithann lives on the Main Land in the Martines...Canada is Huge!!!.....Cheery souls indeed!!!

It seems to me, Darlene, that your geography is a little rusty.
"the island of Newfoundland ...... blocks the mouth of the Saint Lawrence River, creating the Gulf of Saint Lawrence, the world's largest estuary." (Wikipedia)
And NB is on the south bank of the estuary. In Canadian terms, you're close. After all, Canada is huge!!

Newfoundland Canada
This picture was taken at a salmon resort so the salmon can swim to thier natural breeding grounds....Its man made ladders. Taken with my km 55mm. Any comments would be great!!!!
