The quality is just like any printed book, so excellent sums it up. The cost depends upon the number of pages and the paper and cover choice. If you visit the site there is a pricing section.

I've used blurb based on John's recommendation here and I have to say the book actually beat my expectations, the quality is really superb.
I'd have no hesitation in using them again.

First image at the inside of the cathedral. I used a tripod, but I still think this shot is a bit wonky (like me).
Hum I tried to be a bit creative here. I used a Perntax X90, 0n 200 in some shots. Any advice on shooting inside churches, with a camera I mean.
