I really like this, with it's monochrome look. I thought it's an elegant aircraft, so had a Google for more info. Turns out the Bolivian air force were using it until 1994. Not bad when it was introduced in 1949!!!

I went to the musuem at Duxford yesterday and the Sabre jet flew for about half an hour. This was taken with the K30 and DA 55-300mm, with some slight cropping in Elements 9. The K30 & DA 55-300mm is going to be my main combination for airshows this year and I was very pleased with the combination.

Excellent shot Rob and so glad you are happy with the K30 & 55-300 combo as that will be my setup for this season of airshows. The Sabre is nice and sharp, looks like the 55-300 had no problems keeping up.

One of my favourite aircraft.
Best wishes,

Thanks for all your comments. This was absent from the airshow scene last year due to no engine so it's good to see it back in the air.
