Rufus

This was taken 3 years ago with a K20D and a 28mm of some sort, could have been a Takumar f/3.5 or a Vivitar 28 f/2.8 CF (Komine). Anyways I have updated my version of Lightroom to 4.1 and have started redoing some of my original files. This was clipping on highlights on Rufus's back and I cropped out a shaded area behind.

It's a cute image, but the highlights still look clipped to me and it needs to be a bit sharper on the eyes rather than the nose.

Nice shot! I wouldn't say the highlights are unacceptably clipped. There is actually a nice range of tones in his coat. And I can't see his eyes to tell if they're in focus or not!!
