Thanks for the comments Gareth. Well worth a visit if you are ever in the area, they have the national collection of arms and armour. Looks a cool place, that elephant is well cool and I like the close up detail image from the eye area
The lighting levels test the Pentax shake reduction and high ISO noise control. All photos were taken with the K70 hand held with the 16-85mm lens. The elephant's eye was taken at a 68mm focal length at f5.6, 1/13sec at ISO3200, I was quite pleased with the result.
Next time I will take a polarising filter to try and control the lighting reflections from the glass on the display cabinets.

Love the images. They're well done.
Have been there a couple of times now. The first time was 2013, this was one of the pictures I took at the time. The weapons, the armour, an incredible display.

What was impressive was seeing a display of fighting techniques using (replica) weapons and armour designed in the Middle Ages. I had no idea you would be able to spring back to your feet after being knocked down. I'd always thought that once you were down that was it. I was wrong. Outstanding place to visit.

Be well, stay safe, but most of all, invest in memories

To my eyes the black and whites stand out - nicely processed shots taken under difficult lighting I suspect

As can be seen from the helmet I had a problem with glare from the glass cases and have tried black and white to ease the problem, next time I must take a Polarising filter.
All taken with the K70 and 16-85 lens.
Comments most welcome.
