Rosebud Grub

Picked some roses from the garden yesterday &, overnight, they started dropping petals.
Went to tidy them up & noticed this chap on one of them.

Whilst I had the camera set-up on the tripod for macro, I thought I'd take a video of the grub to record what was obviously some internal workings of its body, clearly visible through the viewfinder of the K5.
Now, I'm a complete stranger to videography, so I just changed the dial & clicked "Go"!

Quite pleased with it, actually.

But.

How can I share it?
Can I post it on here?
One is 5secs long & is 20.9 MB, another is 1min 18secs & is 344 MB!!!!!

Any guidance/ assistance please?

Roger.
