Just so you all know. That photo was taken with a K3ii and a fairly cheap Tamron 70-300 that I bought some years ago as a backup lens on a backup camera. "2012" So not bad for a cheapish lens.
Thanks for all the well wishes. I think it will be a long haul. Movement etc. is fine but the brain still has a lot of crossed wires and there is a lot of relearning to do.

Just taking the piss Vic (I don't think we do that enough on here), taking your mind off the reality of life for five minutes, ....and of course telling you how much better your photography is from a chair!!!!

I know that Dingo. Why do you think I put so many happy laughy faces on. The chair is a real comfy arm chair in which I have fallen asleep in on many occasions. There's nothing like being comfortable while waiting for your shot to come to you.
