Ripon Cathedral.

Having recently visited York Minster, Ripon Cathedral felt quite compact by comparison. However, the arches and columns are great and lend themselves to black and white....

Takes me back to when I used to live in Ripon.

These are beautiful in b&w, i agree that it really shows off the arches and columns.
I can't help wonder what the vitreaux would look like in color, but i respect your choice, it's original, as is the tighter field of view you chose to isolate the details. Nicely done!

These are wonderfully processed photographs - they really show off all those beautiful lines and curves. The clever framing of 5 makes it my favourite (that foreground arch seems so fragile, the only seemingly straight element amidst everything else's being askance in one way or another). Lovely!
