I have an old pentax 50mm f2.0 and thought I would give it a try reversed on my DS.
What do you think :

Good shots as always, Clarky.

I have an old Ricoh 1.7/50 lens. Must try that in reversed position. Thanks for the idea.

Btw, where do you keep all these bugs:
Best regards
Terry

Excellent series of shots Clarky. I think the first one of the ants is my favourite as there's a little more "action" going on, technically though they're all superb.

Thanks Guys.

I have all these expensive lenses and all I seem to be using lately are old M42 Taks and A series lenses

Terry I keep all my bugs under the bed but Shhhh don't let the wife know

Theres a huge 3 inch Huntsman spider on the outside of the kitchen window at the moment, But he will have to wait until morning

I also like the ants Hefty, they put on a good show, if you are lucky enough to catch em.

Theres a couple of Huntsman around in my garage one of which is rather large and on hot days he comes out and sits on one the the roof beams, I am desperate to get in there and photograph it but I am a little scared to get too close

Oh and great shots as usual Clarky, I am loving this and the other ant pics.

Hunts-Man? I dread to imagine where this beast gets its name, I'd stay well clear of the garage Paul

Nice shots (as always) Clarky, I really must try the reverse lens technique myself.
