Returning Pentax fan

Like many, I was a Pentax owner in the days of film (1970's), but my spare time became less and less after starting work on the railway and then getting married. However, after retiring a couple of years ago I decided to take up photography a bit more seriously again. I had a Canon digital SLR I had bought a few years ago, but decided to pass it on to my grandson who was coveting it - and never forgot the quality of my Pentax. So I invested in a k-30 last month and joined the Pentax User site. Already had one query resolved by helpful members (Noisy Lens topic in Pentax Digital SLR Forum)- so thanks for that, and looking forward to some interesting banter. From Chesterfield by the way. neil[/quote]Hi Neil - it's not far at all. From the station go straight up Corporation Street and over the footbridge over the by-pass. Pass the Pomegranate Theatre and through the churchyard (of the famous Crooked Spire). Pass the Information Centre on your left and turn right along High Street for about 100 yards. Turn left at Greggs down Packers Row and LCE is facing you at the bottom. Thanks for the welcome!
