Replacing anti leg rotation bushes on Benro tripod

Hi

I recently received replacement bushes for a Benro Travel Angel A160. They had perished/worn/snapped I presume from too much grit and sand

Before I get into replacing these.....has anyone got advice they'd like to share before I screw it up?
