Remote trigger compatible for K200D and 360

AFAIK you don't need an extra remote trigger. The K200D can trigger the AF-360FGZ directly through its wireless function.

If they can see each other and the ambient light is not too strong.

I've got the same setup, and I've used it fine with the body and flash set to wireless.
One thing though, get a stand for the flash, that was the biggest pain I found - trying to prop up the flash.
