Not my normal type of photograph, new sculpture in Blackpool town centre.

I like it too! The blue figure is interesting, what is it made of? (I suppose a very very minor criticism would be that I would like the blue figure to be larger in the frame, also the shadow on her front obscures a bit of detail).

Oh, really like that, both the shot and the object, what a beautiful thing and I think that because it is reflective you have done an excellent job the reflection of the sky, the engraving, the whole design is so pleasing. The figure is a bit lost and I do not know if that is the photographer or the sculptor but to crop the shot to make the figure more prominent can't be right, if the sculptor had wanted that then it would be bigger in the first place.

Thank you for sharing.

I like this photo a lot.

I agrre with the criticism from thoughton and can ad up that I see a little (what is it called) "fringing" kind of a light sphere on the left side of the sculpture.
Maybe a little more sensitivity would bring out a few more wanted details and get the sky closer to natural.

Thank you for your comments and criticisms, this was just a quick shot. A large area around the base is still a building site while they install the water feature and paving. The blue figure is made of a beautiful blue translucent material. I will be going back in a few weeks to take some proper shots in different lighting conditions.
