reencoding mov files and uploading backa to camera (optiomx)

Hi there!

I'm quite happy user of of P. Optiom MX


What i don't konow how to do is make movies from my desk PC, playable with this cammera

I would like to reencode some file (ex. music video) to the format redable by my cam and than play it on tv like movies made with cammera


I've tried to make .mov with quick time palyer - choose mpeg - 4 codec , i ve tried differnet PCm sound formats and no sound also


any tips what exactyl setting should be for sound and video

it would be great - with my 1g sd card - i would use my cam as a portable video player


any help about formats, software and how to would be great

how with pc make movie clips wchich could be tha uploaded and played with Pentax Optiomx ?


wchich codec to use (mpeg-4 but which version, where to get it?) and what settings (bitrate, sound bitrate, etc)
