I have received an offer from obsidian but for some reason I can't reply to the message or send him a new one.
Could obsidian please confirm whether his offer is all in, or whether shipping and fees will be added on top.

Victory Mansions
This head came free with my Red Snapper tripod and has seen only very light use since purchase. I have now purchased their RSH-12 ball head so this head is surplus to requirements (I prefer using a ball head to a 3-way head).
The head itself is a very well made, robust head, which is one of the best value tripod heads on the market. It can be seen on the Red Snapper website here:
