Thank for the answer.
I am thinking of having 2 stands with flash and umbrellas.
I just realised that I would need a permanent light source too?? is this model light?
Would this be a cheaper set up than a 2 head kit?

Can I use two Metz 48's off camera using the integrated flash to fire them- oh with a K7:
