If you dont like soppy videos with dogs turn away now.

This is shot entirely with the Q and Q lenses.

No need to apologise! Good to see these videos.
Soppy ones with dogs are always good .
How about a soppy one of a guide dog puppy?

Nothing wrong with soppy! Interesting and what a difference between say using a 16mm film camera and a Q.....

Gosh, I know. Years ago at the BBC (1970s and 80s)the smallest 16mm cine cameras we used were x-RAF Gun Sight Aiming Point Cameras which took a 50 foot cartridge lasting 2.5 minutes, a 10mm lens and no viewfinder. Proper cameras like an Arriflex were supposed to be lifted by two people!

Looking back at things I have either shot or directed I can't believe how awful even Super 16 looks now compared with the output of the K-O1 at about 100th of the price for a camera body. Tbh, in the second video the toys surrounding the camera make its price insignificant.

Might just do a ten minute short of 'Guide Dog Puppy Asleep and occasionally snoring'. With and appropriately pretentious synopsis I might even get a grant from Creative Scotland (previously the Arts Council)

nice work, you shot these? how are the cameras (k-01 in particular) to work with? any insights/problems etc?
Fired many shots. Didn't kill anything.

I used the Q to shoot some video last week and although I was in situation where I could really have used a zoom instead of the standard prime I was very impressed by the results. Doesn't half hammer the battery though.SR was very good.
