Q S-1 & No 2

I traveled up to Wallasey, Liverpool in the early hours of Sunday morning, a repeat visit in order to photograph New Brighton Lighthouse, having only visted once before. As its almost mid June, i wasnt expecting the need to be wearing thermals, but it was freezing! Two jeckets, a wool hat, and gloves to stop the wind chill. I was very surprised.

I took with me my normal landscape camera, that beingmy K1 but also the Q S-1, which I shot a few frames during the sunrise and morning. As I mentioned in a previous post the Q S-1 Black & White with the Bold Mono filter is just lovely I really am enjoying what its producing, so much so, im struggling to get enthused with what I captured with the K1 in comparrsion. Anyways enough drivel! here is one of the images from the Q S-1 with a No 2

Thank youLes, I must add for transparency, I have edited the image post capture to further enhance the contrasts, but its not a million miles away from the image straight out of camera.

It's my favourite mono choice as well.

What you need are lenses, more lenses, bigger lenses, better lenses, faster lenses, vintage lenses and when you have these, your pictures will be perfect!
