Problem installing Pentax Remote Assistant

The pentax cd that came with the camera, pentax camera utility is it called? Anyway that's the CD its asking for.

When I download PRA3 from pentax.jp and open the file the installation starts. But after one or two steps it says I don't have pentax utilities installed and asks for a CD... What should i do then/ What CD does it mean?
