Try these too: www.optikvervelabs.com - VirtualPhotographer is free (works with PS or PSE)
Also, for correcting exposure problems, this is fab: http://actions.home.att.net/dSLR_Tools.html and reasonably priced (only PS)

Thanks for the pointers.
The Optikvervelabs filters are pretty damn impressive for a freebie. Had a look at the exposure actions as well, should be very handy for jpeg shots, will probably purchase over the weekend.

Checkout www.digitalfilmtools.com/index.htm, they have filter packages for both Photoshop and Elements, you can download the demos and give them a tryout ,but there not cheap.
