Impressive face, impressive picture.
Sometimes it seems that the smaller the subject, the greater the effort needed for getting a top rank image. And presumably you were up to your eyeballs in a hawthorn bush when taking this?

K5, M50 f1.7 reversed on M200 f4.
AF280T diffused flash.
Stack of 27 @f4 on the 50mm, focused on the 200mm.
Combine ZP.
Elements 11.
Copy layer, converted to mono, high pass filtered, then hard light blended with original.
