All, thanks for the advice. The law of diminishing returns must work for images as well as lenses. I had a another look and took one of the adjoining images. I'm going to study more this RAW processing and workflow. So no need to comment as I'll be returning to this image more as I learn more about PS/Gimp, RAW developing and taking this all the way through to a nice framed print.
