There's nothing that sets one photographer apart from another in a public place when it comes to taking photographs.
There's absolutely nothing to defend the actions of this copper who is clearly suffering from "I've got power" syndrome.

The march towards more control of the people, which this bill is all about, continues. It's all going to end in tears as one day all those millions who vote for them will finally realise they'vee been duped and will react in not a nice way.
The rot on society has already set in too far and that's why creatures like this power mad copper are allowed to flourish.

On the face of it this looks like a heavy handed police approach. Two questions though. What happened prior to the You Tube footage - did the photographer do something that might have compromised the crime scene? Secondly, and more importantly, why was this published on You Tube when a complaint via the IPCC would seem to be a more logical course of action?

"He asked me to get out of the car, so I did because I was at home. I asked him why he stopped me, and he said he thought he could smell cannabis,’ Mr Mehrban said.
“It was then I smelled his breath and I was like “whoa”. He stank of alcohol. I don’t drink and I don’t do drugs, so I started arguing with him because he was drunk.
“It was then that he called for back-up and I rang the police myself. When the other police turned up and arrested him, it was the absolute definition of justice.”
A spokesperson for Thames Valley Police said it is not commenting on the incident as Seston is no longer employed by the force.
