Plane compliant rolling camera bag

Hello everyone!
I am looking for a cabin compliant rolling bag where I could fit my 13" laptop, some photogear (K-7+MX+3 lenses and occasionaly a 4th large one:300 f4) and enough personal stuff for a week end.
I have seen the Lowepro Pro Roller x200, the Naneu u220n, the Thinktank Airport International V2.0, the Kata Fly by 76 so far. I would like to know if you have any experience with any of those bags or similar ones.
