I got back from Shoreham Airshow today at about five o'clock and spent the evening preparing pictures to post on an airshow photography related site. I sorted through about 400 images, tidied them up a bit and resized them to 800 pixels wide and uploaded them to photobucket.

Then I went to the site and tried to post a selection only to get a warning "Photos must not be wider than 800 pixels". I tried using PB's editor to resize them and they dutifully turned to mush. When I checked, PPL had saved them as 801 pixels wide.

I had a moment of contained frustration and may have muttered "Oh bother" or similar before adjourning to the refrigerator to consort with my friend Gordon(s).

Please do not get me wrong, this is not an anti Pentax rant, but if I save just one other member from this waste of time this post will have been worth while.

Right - back to Gordon.
