Thanks Jack, I think this is what I'm looking for, it comes simple and easy to edit. Do i need to keep Pentax logo on

I am not sure about the logo but you are using a Pentax camera so it won`t hurt, it may look better that way

No I don`t, someone on here will know, I get my payment by giving the photos away, and seeing the look on there face as to how much I get for them.

First of all sorry if any similar topic does exist, but unfortunatelly I didn't find what I've been looking for.
Right, I'm looking for some simple Photo Use Agreement that I can edit in to model, wedding, some commercial photo agreement. Generally I'm looking for agreement that says I can use photos in future in portfolio (www, prints). By the way I'm looking for contract too(again simple to edit in to what I need ex. model, wedding, com. photos), I've been searching for any but I'm looking for something easy and simple to understand.
If anyone has it in mind please help
