I'm not real good with numbers....but I do know this....
remove the flashtube, install two copper nails to the electrical leads where the tube once was.....voila...homemade stun gun...(.do not try this at home...don't sue me if you do.....).
Self deploying prongs from the flash, then you just shove it at your attacker (or robber). One quick press of the shutter trigger once it impacts and voilą!
