Near me there is an elderly lady with 'OLD1E' and a dog walking service with 'K9 UAN'. I've also seen 'SIMBA' on a baige car and 'CHE153A'. They are stupid really as drivers pay more attention to them than the road. The same is true of the 'Baby on board' signs. Distracting the person behind you is not the best way to protect your beloved child.

who ties a baby to a board anyways...makes me want to stop them, free the baby and beat them with the board...
