Personal Portrait in Posts?

How does one get their personal photo into their portfolio and attach to their forum posts. I have uploaded a personal photo in to the gallery but cannot find how to copy it into my portfolio.

Hi
Log in click top right hand corner my settings
Then when the page opens click on profile information
It should be there avatar and profile photo
Hope this helps
