Sorry, having trouble posting this snap...I'll try again...seems to be getting clipped...probably sizing issues.
Coal tit taken on MZ 50 on tripod with Centon 500mm mirror lens.
Is there any way of making that lens work on the K20D?

If it is a fixed aperture K-mount lens you can just stick it on the K20D, use manual and press the green button to get a light reading.

actually since it's fixed aperture and therefore wide open all the time anyway, it should work perfectly well in aperture priority mode as well.

Just had a great morning over the rifle range but shooting snaps instead of targets. No birds for some reason????
My mirror lens works.....well in fact, for what it is.
Experimented with slower shutter speeds and higher ISO...getting the hang of this...it doesn't bight after all. Histograms very useful and delayed release to reduce shake...SR on. Just ordered a remote from SRSmicrosystems
Right eye has aneurysm, right eye dominant...well that's my excuse...blame it on the mirror
