Seemed Marilyn loved having her photo taken because she didn't have to talk or act...

I find the best portraits come under pressure, this one I took of singer Miles Kane, I had 10 seconds with him in the press tent backstage at Leeds Festival & literally said strike a pose... Some people make it easy others make it difficult...

As for the original op I would also loved to have done Debbie Harry, particularly around 1977-80, still haven't done her live yet... Hopefully that day will come..

I think I would like to take pictures of pre-photography icons. TBH I'd probably be more interested in what they had to say.

I reckon Napoleon would have been interesting, ulitmately although I am not religious I would have photographed Jesus, "Jesus, do you think you'll leave a lasting legacy?!".
