The bottom one cries out for a square crop starting at the right hand edge imo. Best shot of this set I reckon.

Nice set - lots of questions as to what is happening / people thinking in these shots. Agree with Hefty on the crop.

"Mind the Crack"?

Not at all

Nice set Tim. - It's lovely here I'm tempted to go DBS/street shooting myself but I've got more than enough pics to edit so I'm resisting until another day.

You were outside that bank again Tim, weren't you? This is getting compulsive.

Love the light in Bean break - it reminds me a bit of one of mine from Athens: link

Another set of high quality images Tim. The girl in Mind the Crack seems to be posing, was it a grab shot or posed?

Thanks for the comments folks!

I did try a square crop for the last one but in the end decided I liked the line of the ledge. I've got a few more of this girl as I turned around and walked past her again, I love her look.

David the girl is taking a side step to avoid me, she was just a passerby.

Andrew I can see the similarities, the lighting in that was quite unusual. Reflections off all the chrome furniture maybe

Looking at the perspective, do you walk along the street camera hanging around neck snapping away? do you use a remote?

Smeggy - nah it's hanging vertically down by my right hip. I usually put my thumb and forefinger on either side of the lens to aim it, and press the shutter with my ring finger.

Andrew I forgot to explain, that bank is about 20 feet from my office front door, so it's the first thing I walk past

Ha Ha - my first thought too. I couldn't make my mind up whether the titling was deliberate or not

Great set, Tim; the first Alfresco is my favourite.
