Why would any one want a poll on different cameras, on a Pentax site.

Monty, I asked the question because I wanted other peoples opinions. As I am a Pentax owner I wanted fellow Pentax owners views. And it was more to do with brand than specific cameras. I asked "if Pentax didn't exist" because I believe us motley lot share a liking of certain traits from Pentax so I suppose I could rephrase the question: "What other brand do you feel has similar qualities to Pentax?"Why would any one want a poll on different cameras, on a Pentax site.
PKtether is for windows only unfortunately, I have looked at it.
Still, anyone have experiences and/or stories about tethering they'd care to share?

I've had a K-x now for almost 2 years and love it but I'm getting a little bored and wanted to know if anyone has experience with tethered shooting, specifically with a mac. Good points, bad points?
I've looked into using Photoshop and Aperture but PS only support Canon/Nikon so I'm a bit bummed.
Any help gladly received.
