I think the main problem with these (leaving the lack of mirrors aside) is the need for transparencies. You can't readily get the film now. ....... Can you?

Is it not the same film as you use for normal photography but a bit faster?

You use normal film but the device splits the image into two stereo pairs that are cut and mounted appropriately. It's very effective, but of course requires the viewer so it makes viewing a cumbersome and solitary pursuit.
eBay might find you a collector who is interested and it might be worth thinking of putting an auction up.

There have been examples on Ebay in the past, which is where I got the idea that it needs transparencies. In fact, if you examine the images above, you will see that the viewer has a translucent glass screen in the back, behind where the double image is slotted in to illuminate it. The screen is exactly the size of a single 35mm slide. The splitter puts a pair of images (side by side) onto ONE slide, which is slotted into the viewer, unlike others that employ two, separated, printed images. ........ Very clever, these Japanese.
On the other hand, never having handled one, I could be totally wrong!!

It is for slides, but you could use digital and print L & R separately then mount them on a piece of card side by side to fit a card viewer.
This page shows the transparency viewer at the top and the print viewer at the bottom.

OK now question about the missing mirrors. Can i use any mirrors or it has to be a special one?

They have to be front silvered mirrors. Very difficult to handle and clean.
You would be better putting it on ebay sold for parts.
Sell the viewer separately.

I have picked this up in box with other bits and bobs on car boot.
Only selling as I don't have use for it at all. Don't know how much to ask for it so feel free to make me an offer.
It is in very good condition however the adapter looked like it is missing mirrors inside as there are some glue marks on it.
The viewer is also in great condition and looked complete with no parts missing.
Outer box is a bit tatty but the white box is fine. There is also manual in Japanese or Chinese language (but not sure with this as i cant recognize Asian languages).
Bags are genuine Pentax with gold logo and Asahi Pentax sign.
