Pentax Sensor cleaning Kit..

No complaints about delivery from SRS either.. as usual.

This is a dry cleaning kit. I haven't used a wet cleaning system before so I don't know how fiddly this is in comparison. It took about 10-15 minutes from opening the packet to having a clean sensor. This of course included understanding the instructions, and a couple of test shots.. I have to add that the sensor was absolutely filthy.

It's probably only a minute or two with practice.

Conclusion.. I have a clean sensor, so it does what it says on the packet.

The only small criticism is that it doesn't come in a litte carry case, as it's small enough to be carried everywhere, tucked away in your bag. I'll have to have a look around for one.

Hardly a well thought out and articulate review.. but I've got a nice sunny day and a clean camera.. so I'm going out now.

Was having a look at that for thorough cleaning. I have the Arctic Butterfly SL700 as my 'quick' and 'field' cleaning tool. It comes with a case (and an other inside that) in which you could easily fit the bits from their wet cleaning kit or the Pentax dry kit.

I highly recommend the SL700 (or the 724, its bigger brother), it is so easy to use and gets rid of all visible dust.
