Pentax Q viewfinder option

Being put off by the price of the Ricoh / Pentax item found this - £29.99 + p&p . Arrived today and on first impressions seems excellent ( metal construction , coated lens etc ) . Will obviously require experimentation but at this price it seems worth trying.

I sold my Q a while back but still have the Pentax viewfinder somewhere.

Had I known I would have had a look for it.

I don't understand why anyone would knowingly buy the tiny Q mirrorless camera which has no VF and then want to buy a VF? It's never going to give a WYSIWYG view, especially with the various lenses you might use.
In bright sunshine it's not a lot better than just pointing the camera in the right direction and pressing the shutter

You have to be a "Romantic" Steve................ bit like Steve Irwin I would imagine, never know what you are going to get, unless you are up close and personal, didn't work out for him that day, but fuck, what great memories he has left us!!??.

And his family continue his Legacy...........sometimes you just have to Live a little bit Different!!
