I think it all depends on how the intital voting goes from other Pentax members. If it is a popular shot and gets all yes votes then it can be be very fast .. if the voting is mixed then it can take a while.
I have a few that have been there for ages.

Well what a coincidence, one of my photos was accepted since yesterday afternoon!
Maybe it's the Christmas rush coming to an end............

I also had a couple acceptances yesterday (plus several rejections). I think they go in batches! My quickest acceptance has been less than a week, but I've had others take 5 or 6.

Mine went in just the other day having been submitted well before Christmas. I now have two more waiting.
