Pentax Photo Gallery Submission Times

Hello all,

I noticed that quite a few members have submitted photographs to the Pentax Photo Gallery (PPG).
I recently, and successfully , submitted 6 images to the PPG. The photos took about two weeks from submission to publication (with a few declined). However, after submitting half a dozen more, they have been awaiting review for nearly a month now
So I was wondering what the members that subscribe to the PPG experience as being the average time from submission to, either being declined or approved, tends to be

I think it all depends on how the intital voting goes from other Pentax members. If it is a popular shot and gets all yes votes then it can be be very fast .. if the voting is mixed then it can take a while.

I have a few that have been there for ages.

Most of mine take ages!!! must be the mixed voting Although over christmas I think the process has taken longer than usual... (maybe that's just me)

Had one accepted last night (and one refusal) so they are moving slowly.

I preferred the one that was refused tbh but there's no accounting for taste.

Well what a coincidence, one of my photos was accepted since yesterday afternoon! Maybe it's the Christmas rush coming to an end............

I also had a couple acceptances yesterday (plus several rejections). I think they go in batches! My quickest acceptance has been less than a week, but I've had others take 5 or 6.
