Pentax Opto 330 GS - HELP!!!

Hi,

Currently, when I turn the camera on, it stays at the main intro screen (Pentax name / logo). I have tried different batteries and memory cards, but still the same error occuring.

Is their anything else I can try? or will the camera have to be returned to pentax for repair?.

i contacted pentax this morning because my 330gs shows strange images with lines from top to bottom.

The service desk said there are some known problems with the 330gs which will be repaired for free. Maybe this is one of these...
