Ian,
I used to have one and now regret selling it.
I would buy another one though.
The viewfinder leaves a bit to be desired, but the IQ was very good as is macro mode.
Very sharp throughout lens range really, I had to use it on a tripod because they are fairly tricky to hold still at the long focal length.
I found mine was good indoors too(on tripod)
Distinct Pentax colours.
Overall I liked it, but at the time I wanted a K7(had to go)
Regards
Chris

I have an X90 and find the image quality at full zoom and macro setting to be extremely good, super sharp at all focal lenghts although at wide angle I wouldn't print above A4 (although I've not actually tried to yet).
Nice and light due to it's plastic constuction, well made, easy to use, good battery life and very good zoom range..... 26mm-676mm!
I bought it for the tele end of the zoom and was amazed at the quality at 676mm.
As Chris says...the electronic viewfinder is not brilliant but how many are?
All in all a good buy.
Regards,
Michael
