Pentax ME-rewind prob?

I believe that this was a common problem with the ME /MES cameras. I am afraid I do not know how to fix it, but you can get an idea of the cost of a Professional repair by calling either Harrow Technical or Asahiphoto, both of whom advetise on this forum.
You may find that a cheaper option is to buy another camera.

My rewind mechanism does not `cock` the shutter so just winds and winds and does not set up next frame?-advice plz re. is fix-/simple/expert/costly???-help plz asap.
