I regularly purchase from Camera Direct in Brighton. They import from Japan, apparently. They also list the Limited series lenses in black.

Phil on the US Fora (gofour3) has one he regularly uses. As much as I'd like one, they are just too expensive for me. Even the improved grip sells for a pretty penny.
