I understand they should all fit. Maybe you need to remove the hoods from the 21, 40 & 70?

False alarm - all five lenses do fit, although it is a really tight squeeze. The case is available from Microglobe for £16, which is cheap.
Pentax K-3, DA 18-135, DA 50 1.8, DFA 100 Macro WR, HD 55-300 WR, Metz 58.

I've got one of these cases to store my HD limited lenses. As I have only the 35mm left to complete the collection, I found out that the case does NOT hold all five lenses. It's not big enough. Is the idea here that one lens is meant to be kept on camera? Or should the hoods be removed when the lenses are stored?
A bit of a disappointment.
