I like the first one but it's a little tight on the tail. Was wondering if you could of roared to catch it's attention as the second would be ace with it looking at you head on!

I can only agree with you, Chris, this super little telephoto can deliver some quite respectable results. The tiger looks magnificent - but I might have thought twice about roaring at it!

As a kit lens the 50-200mm is often under rated, but I think it has performed well here
Pentax K1ii, K3, K-m & MX-1.
Pentax LX, MX, ME Super & MV.
