Pentax K3 body and Neewer grip 1186 activations

Purchased recently from a club member Pentax K3 body, boxed and as new 1186 activations, complete with un used Neewer grip and 2 additional generic batteries.
Intended building an outfit around, inc.2 lenses also advertised independently. However inherited the opportunity to purchase a K1.
