Pentax K10D Body

Due to my acquisition of a K20D, my much loved K10D is now surplus to requirements

It's a year old and is in mint condition, apart from a few specs of dust on the focussing screen (which does not affect picture quality).

Focus, both AF and manual, is spot-on. There are no VPN problems that afflict some K10Ds. It's taken around 5000 shots.

Box and all accessories and paperwork are included.

I was thinking around £300 - drop me a PM if interested.

As a prelude to putting it on eBay, I'm lowering the price to £275

Clearly, I did pitch this at the wrong level as I've been inundated with enquiries

However, it has gone now - thanks to everyone who expressed an interest

Well that's good to know for those of us who still have theirs.

It's the banding sometimes seen in the dark areas of an image at high ISO (aka Visual Pattern Noise).

I only got it on my K10D if I cranked up the exposure a lot in the raw converter (in which case it's not surprising), but there's endless discussion of this on Depressing Review (qv).
