I like the ThatNikonGuy video (also check out his 645D videos) but the dpreview video has been out for weeks!
Real hands on videos from people who have actually bought the camera are coming out now.
E.g. kitty continuous AF test: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8aGTZ2zK74w&feature=relmfu
Note link to the images he took.
And CDAF test: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K1GwD1XMtnU&feature=relmfu
Don't know about the K5 but seems miles ahead of the K7 in CDAF!

If the K3 gets reviews like that then being a Pentax user may become less of a rarity, I like the idea of being able to retrieve RAW data from the buffer after shooting a jpeg, I currently shoot RAW+ and only use about 1% of the RAW files, it would save me a great deal of hard drive space

Mainly positive except some concerns about the auto focus.

Page 84 of the K-5 manual explains what is saved and how. Basically, if you have shot JPEG only, when you play back the image immediately after shooting you can press the AE-L button and the RAW data will then also be saved. It's still in the buffer memory at that point.
When in playback there is also a symbol appearing on the screen that shows this as well as a reminder it can be done if desired.
As far as I recall, this has been true of all Pentax DSLRs.
